We have made the process as simple as possible. Choose the best service which matches your needs. If you need more than one repair to your device or you are not sure what the problem is and need a diagnoses, please contact us at Once checkout is complete an email will be sent automatically confirming the shipped address.

Send your device to use for repair. It is important that you include your contact details with your package, it helps us identify your device as we can receive up to 20 devices per day. Please download and complete the package form here.

We suggest you wrap your device with bubble wrap and send in a jiffy bag. If you would like a pre paid envelope to be sent to you this can be arranged at an extra cost, please contact us.

We recommend that you send via royal mail special delivery as it insures your device for loss or damage for up to £500. Alternatively you can send via 1st class recorded which will cover your device for £46. Either service will arrive with us next day however special delivery is guaranteed.

When received we will inspect your iPhone to ensure no other damage is present other than the requested repair. If there is we will contact you and will not repair until we receive authorisation from you to do so. If you do not authorise repair a refund will be initiated with a deduction of £6.95 to cover postage and admin fee.

    2. Post your iPhone, iPod or iPad to us for repair 

We will repair your device with great care and perfection. It is tested and inspected thoroughly to ensure that it is faultless, Our attention to detail ensures we offer the best quality iDevice repair service available which will not be beaten by our competitors.

    3. Repair, Testing & Inspection process is initiated  

The device will be dispatched via special delivery, which insures your device for up to £500. We ensure the device has sufficient packaging so that it is well protected in post.  You will receive an email confirmation that your device has been dispatched. The process of repair can also be tracked on our website here.  

From the day you receive your device the 90 day warranty will begin. It does not cover for accidental damage such as water damage or dropping device.
