When will I get my device returned?
We offer a same day repair and dispatch. So if we recieve your device on a Monday morning it will be repaired and dispatched on Monday. We will also send via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This insures your device for upto £500.
What do I need to post with my device?
All you need to send is your device that needs repaired. There is no need to include a sim card or the original box. As we can recieve upto 20 devices per day it is important to include this form
with your repair as it helps us identify your device.
Do I need to remove the passlock?
The answer...you may need to, it depends on what repair you have requested. If it is a earpiece or microphone repair you will need to remove the passlock for testing. For all other repairs, we can fully test the device with a passlock.
Is there a warranty on repair?
Yes, we provide a full 90 day warranty on all repairs. This does not include accidental damage such as water damage or dropping your device.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use paypal checkout which accepts all major credit and debit cards including paypal payment. You will be redirect to the paypal website for secure payment. There is an option were you can either pay with paypal or pay with card.
Will I loose any of my data on my device?
No, you will not loose any data on your device.
What is the best way to post my device to you?
Wrap your device in layers of bubble wrap and place in a jiffy bag then send via special delivery (insured for £500) or 1st class recorded (insured for £46). Either method will get to us next day but special delivery will be guaranteed.
How can I be sure that my device is safe with you?
It is understandable you will be wary about posting your device up to us or any other repair company. We go out of our way and work aroudn the clock to ensure each customer receives a personal, professional and efficient service. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. We have fixed over 5000 devices and not one of these have been returned to us.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your repaired device we will be more than have another look at it, but we can guarantee you that you will be 100% satisfied. We have fixed over 5000 devices and not a customer has complained about our service.

What is your delivery time on parts?
We deliver all of our parts the same day if ordered before 4.30pm. It will be sent via royal mail 1st class recorded.
